Welcome! Established in 1966, Ernest Guigli & Sons, Inc. is a union excavating contractor and site developer. As a member of the AGC (Associated General Contractors of Massachusetts), our firm specializes in road construction, the movement of earth, detention pond construction, and the installation of large scale underground utilities. We provide services for commercial, industrial and municipal clients. As industry leaders, we have the tools, experience, and professionalism to succeed in completing projects to customer satisfaction. It is our goal to provide our clients with the highest standards in workmanship and quality while merging functionality with aesthetics on every site developed by our construction firm.
Union Affiliations
Ernest Guigli & Sons, Inc., has been a union contractor since its founding in 1966. We firmly believe that building a strong relationship between the union and the contractor is necessary to achieve success. As a result, we encourage an open dialogue between our union employees and company management. It is with this philosophy that we hope to address grievances when they occur and find solutions where differences emerge.
